The hotel offered mixed experiences. The rooms, although small for the price paid, did come with a view and spa, yet they felt old and different from the photos. The service was very friendly and helpful, though some communication issues arose regarding water usage. The location was excellent with stunning views and proximity to key attractions, while dining was hit-or-miss and could have more variety.

The service was excellent, especially accommodating our late arrival and parking needs. Despite this, it was cozy and equipped with a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge area, kitchenette, and a good-sized bathroom. The double aspect windows provided great views of Pirates Bay.
